How customer details are stored and used...
As a valued customer, your privacy is taken seriously. This notice explains what details I store about my customers and how they will be used.
I only store details which are absolutely necessary. For each customer, I keep a name, address, phone number and email address. At any time, you can access your customer account at jonkeays.co.uk/login/. Here, you will find the contact details I have for you and you can update them as required. If you don't know your login details, please email email@example.com for assistance. These details will be kept for as long as you are a customer - unless instructed otherwise, I aim to remove customer details within one year of work being completed.
Whilst your primary contact details are accessible in your customer account, I will sometime hold additional contacts relating to the same customer, e.g. if I am in communication with two people about the work. These will be stored as above; the minimum information necessary held only for as long as needed.
The details held will only be used to contact you in regard to work I'm carrying out for you. This includes invoicing and payment reminders. Occasionally, you may be contacted in relation to potential issues or maintenance with your website, but you will never receive marketing calls or messages.
Your personal details will never be shared with third-parties unless at your request.
If you have any further queries about how you personal details are stored or used, please get in touch.
